Customer Pick-up and installation
Poly Playsystems play sets are designed to be the easiest in the industry to install; all the attaching holes are pre-drilled, recessed, and the equipment simply bolts together. The decks are factory assembled and easily bolted on. The playset comes with complete instructions for a trouble-free installation. It normally takes 2-4 people depending on the size of the playset.
We are open for customers pick up at our factory in Maple Valley Washington from 7a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Installation Assistance
We offer an installation assistance program for most of Western Washington. We provide one of our factory trained installers to supervise your volunteers (3-4 people) on the installation. The minimum charge is $950.00 for the day in our local area, the cost outside of our local area will be determined at the time the equipment is purchased. The fee is paid directly to the installation assistant and covers the 8 hours from when they leave our facility to when they return. One day is normally all that is needed after which your volunteers should be able to finish the job. Our assist program is only available on Saturdays. The equipment needs to be on the job site when we arrive and can be picked up at our plant in Maple Valley or we can deliver it prior to, or at the time of, the installation. There is a charge for delivery.
You will need to have 3-4 able bodied workers to do the installation. Our installer is there to oversee the project and to make sure it is done correctly. You will need the following when the install begins:
The required amount of 60# bags of concrete pre-mix, Plaster of Paris and water. We will tell you how many bags you will need prior to the installation. We can also provide it with the equipment at an additional cost.
Equipment needed for successful installation:
- Construction wheelbarrow (for mixing the concrete)
- Hammer, shovels, digging bars
- standard level and small torpedo level.
- Phillips head screwdriver with a battery screw gun.
- 2 – 15/16” ratchets and 15/16” sockets.
- Hose and 5-gallon water bucket for mixing the concrete.
Factory Installation
We will store the equipment until you are ready for the installation. When you are ready, we will deliver and install. The completed installation comes with a 3-year warranty. This does not include basic maintenance and repairs; only issues with the installation itself.
Delivery
Delivery is available on request. The customer is advised to have at least 2 people available to unload the truck when it arrives.
